Fullblood Breeding Rams.
We do not whether (castrate) our male lambs. Those that show the best conformation and breed qualities are halter-trained at a young age, and prepared to take on husbanding a flock of their own. We sell these between 5 months and 2 years old. Examples from previous years are shown at left.

Proven Ewes

We strive to maintain abundant land for our flock, so to avoid overgrazing and crowding, we will sell young registered Dorper Ewes for replacement breeding stock. These may be available as ewe lambs (under 1 yr. old), or proven ewes with or without exposure to a premium stud ram. Examples from previous years shown at left.

Market Lambs
80-100 lbs ( call for market price per pound ).
The majority of our young ram lambs are raised for your table. They grow up on mother's milk, high-protein cultivated hay, all-natural multi-grain feed, and mineral supplements, without added hormones or high-sugar molasses tubs. They get plenty of exercise grazing in the pasture and are sold on the hoof, at 80-100 pounds. We can deliver to a processor.

We have market lambs processed at 100 pounds at either a USDA or Texas-inspected butcher. We offer vacuum-packaged cuts for sale at the Boerne and Kerrville Farmers' Markets or at the ranch. We are not able to ship by mail. Please contact us directly at 830-624-6558 to discuss availability.
